Wild Science Webinar: June 2024- DNA Research

On this months Wild Science Webinar we have another prominent collaborator Dr. Marlis Douglas, Bruker Professor in Life Sciences at the University of Arkansas. She has collaborated with AGFC on a variety of conservation genetics projects including work on species such as white-tailed deer, smallmouth bass, collared lizards, and others. She will be presenting an overview of her work with a presentation titled "Do the DNA and Communicate it with a K.I.S.S." Please join to learn about her interesting research and how genetics techniques are used to assist with the conservation and management of fisheries and wildlife in Arkansas.
