That way you’re only supporting GREAT DEVELOPERS, who actually put their customers first, because they strive to put out a product that’s both GREAT QUALITY and VALUE FOR MONEY.

I'm half way on Metro, I'm disappointed. It feels like a missed opportunity to make something top. Very soft looking, terrible mura, stupid loading screens after opening doors and no way to open the door back to check the area again. I regret buying it even with 20% off. We shouldn't let big titles get away with very poor decisions when even small companies and even indies can do much better (paradise hotel for example).

Nice to see another serious PSVR2 game developer release a PS5-Pro mode for their game, these improvements to the graphical fidelity are very obvious to VR gamers who wear their displays millimetres from their eyes, its also showing just how much more room for improved fidelity there is available compared to the standard PS5, there are lots of great PSVR2 games that would greatly benefit from a pro patch, Horizon Call of the mountain and Star Wars Tales from the Galaxies edge are two first gen PSVR2 games that immediately come to mind.

I will not only support these guys because the game is good, I will buy this just because of how happy I am that they made the game look better if you have a PS5 pro. That's why I bought the damn thing. I was hoping pro enhancements would be standard in every game and that isn't the case which sucks.

@ first impressions, this game is unplayable. Honestly how can you play when you’re to busy looking around saying holy shit every 2 minutes. 😳. Or you’re finding high ledges just so you can jump into the water. 😂 Just to find hidden caves in said water. Chasing flying birds around thinking this is fucking amazing. Smashing everything you see no matter how high the climb. Completely unplayable. 😂 my great review comment stands.

I have noticed something that I bet others haven’t …there are people giving PSVR2 games a 1 rating just to bring the rating as low as possible…these are people that work for Meta. I have noticed this on several games. No way are these games a “1” rating …in fact all the ones with a bunch of 1 ratings are really good games. *Edit* wait a week and then look at the ratings for Arken Age and I bet anything that there will be a bunch of 1 ratings. This post is also just My Opinion and no facts are connected to it But it is kinda odd and there has been other people making statements that Meta is paying people to give PSVR2 games low ratings so I’m not the only one who thinks this.

Great review, Bryan. Looks good, but at the same time kind of continues the same pattern we see with VR games where you are asking for a little more in terms of content. There is this constant so-close-yet-so-far feeling when it comes to VR content compared to traditional flatscreen games. I know some might not want to hear this but I feel that AI integration in game development could really empower certain people like the Arken Age devs and give them a little more OOMPH, it could artificially give them that extra bit of "budget" that is missing and give us that "fullness" that is missing from the games.

I've just finished Behemoth...and feel a bit disapointed by the end...it's like we go up to the mountain with behemoth 2 and then we go slowly down. I really don't like the end of the game. But now I'm free to get arken age

The "into hell" part at the end gave me senuas sacrifice vibes, I think behemoth was a lot of fun. Zipp swinging from one area to another while slicing up archers felt so good! If arken age has more fun combat than behemoth, then it must be special.

@CorporateZombi yep but if I want swinging I play spiderman. For me it feels like a rush ending with not much to say. I think the second Behemoth is so great that others seems meh. I've enjoyed the game but I keep a bad taste in the end game.

They don't really make it clear what the crystal energy is used for unless I missed it. I only remember them showing me how to put my hand over it to collect. It's a little annoying when I'm farming it and have no idea if I'm earning anything. That combat feels a little like nerf toys compared to behemoth, but it's still pretty fun.

What does medium platinum difficulty mean? Does it mean 5/10 by psnprofiles metrics? Is it just not effortless where hard is like a 6/10 only?

I keep switching between performance and quality on the standard ps5 and for the life of me I can't tell what is any better on quality mode. At least with into the radius you could switch back in forth at the menu and I could see a difference, better texture and shadows. But here I can't notice what is better on quality. Performance mode looks much clearer and crisper and like your actually there. Still can't believe pro gives it a 15 to 25 percent increase. I don't think any other psvr2 game gets that much of a boost. Sure would like to try a pro out

Hey what does platinum difficulty stand for ? Is it the overall difficulty of the game or is it the maximum difficulty to choose in settings ?

Platinum difficulty is for the trophy hunters out there. It's just a basic idea of how difficult obtaining the Platinum trophy will be. Sometimes it's Hard because it's very challenging, sometimes it's Hard because it'll take you a long time -- so it's not always very helpful

I think that the icy mountain or lava cave are not only overdone cliche's at this point, but I also think that those biomes are more fitting for fantasy settings. This game is Sci Fi. I agree it would be nice to have more biomes. But I don't want to see cookie cutter biomes and definitely don't want to see any biomes just put in for variety's sake that don't really fit the theme. I hope that, if they make future DLC that adds new biomes, they do so in a creative manner that's befitting of the aesthetic of the game itself.
