Thankfully discarded weaknesses to not trigger. Revelation is when you draw it, but since it's discarded directly from deck to discard, it never enters your hand.

Do the location cards count as encounter cards? We played that we didn't get sanity damage from being moved from locations already in play.

Hey Dale. First of all, I've been consuming a fair amount of your content lately. Good stuff. I just recently got into Arkham LCG myself, and noticed something in this playthrough that we resolved differently. Have you confirmed that you treat the "surge" on Tear Through Space even when going through the process of discarding encounter cards? I was told by a veteran player that you only respect that surge when the card is "drawn", and he said that going through that discard process is not the same as "drawing" that card. Would love to hear your thoughts.
