Alphafold benefitted from the vast library of training data created by crystallographers over the previous decades. Proteins are not static, they are dynamic and require real time analysis. Research funding isn't sufficient, in part because the science isn't well understood. The science is moving faster than ever but it's hard to determine how much further there is to go.

Works fine for me. Try listening to a few weeks of Vincent Racaniello from Columbia University and his colleagues for a while and the information might make more sense
