​@@whiteskye4701 Don't oversell yourself, it's intended. Annihilation is not for everyone, only some of the playerbase enjoy them. This stage designed so that player can take both easy mode and hard mode (just a matter of style) And yes, eckogen makes it looks very easy. When in fact this map have many checkpooints, especially if you don't put ifrit and schwarts (again matter of style whether to use these operators or not) on the position on the video. Nothing to be proud of using 6*, most 6* are broken OP, and once again 6* being OP is inteneded by the dev.

This strategy worked for me really well with the changes of Ceobe -> Mint S1, Purestream -> Perfumer on Lancet tile and Whisperain -> Ptilopsis even on lower levels. I couldn't come up with this Ifrit placement myself, thank you for the help!

You know what's funny? I actually left a comment in your low star guide (which I later deleted) explaining how replacing Perfumer with Whisperain didn't work because the Shifter would die due to the enemy casters on the left lane and such... However, when I tried bringing Perfumer and replaced the operators you used with higher rarity ones, somehow the auto for that has worked flawlessly for me so far, even though I fucked up SilverDad's deployment about halfway into the run lol The auto for that one works even better than the Anni 4 guide you posted 2 months ago, for some reason, even though my execution was a lot messier. But hey, even though by some miracle I don't need this, I'll still leave a like here anyway, to thank you for your hard work!

Man, these guides are always fun to watch after I've cleared a stage (or in this case, have a stable auto). My setup is totally different, and that's what I love about Arknights. For example, I use Lappland to silence on the bottom, and Ceobe S3 to silence up top. Thorns replaces Blaze on the left, and my Ifrit is facing down, to name a few differences. Anyways, thanks for putting so much time and effort into finding out these strategies, all while having to deal with people complaining about not having "X" operator.

Very nice clean setup. It can get a little hairy at the end, I’ve seen some real randomness in who exactly gets frozen and thawed and when. But if you have enough firepower to take out the red yeti weebs before they reach your blockers, then it doesn’t matter too much. Thorns works great in Arene’s spot, just give him a little extra time to wind up his S3 before you start putting down the casters.

Some Recs from here in 2022! Swapping Eyja for Dusk with S3 can help if your ranged (in my case, lappland) goes down and you need to cover the area! her summons last roughly long enough that you can get lappland back on the field quickly. If you swap blaze for Mudrock, an E2 L45-ish should do you well though you may need her higher so she can out-dps the mages and avoid a freeze that *will* kill her on a lower level, even with her shield

Thanks for the strat Eckogen, although I need to modify it because I don't have Blaze and Ceobe or any other e2 ST casters and I don't build Whisperain. Used Weedy behind Ifrit instead because I have her S1M1, Ptilopsis in Whisperain's position for faster SP generation, Angelina S3L7 in Ceobe's position, and brought SilverAsh instead of Lancet for faster redeployment time. I still need to deploy-redeploy Weedy's water cannon to push the caster and activate Angelina's skill for the drones, but overall this is the most fail-proof run I did so thank you again :D

Oh sweet, I can almost perfectly replicate this comp. I'm just missing: Blaze, Eyja, Ifrit, Ceobe, Lappland, Guardmiya, and Arene... Jokes aside. Smooth Clear. I'll definitely use for reference when I try to clear Anni5 later, but all my sanity is going into CC#4 preparation currently. I don't want to be slaughtered by East Armory again. mountain s2 m3 doesn't work he doesn't get resisted like blaze does with her talent which causes him to attack slower and the block count at s2 is only 2 which made it leak at about kill 341

Same here. So I'm not the only one in the lack of ST-casters club :D Bottom line seems fine for me if I use E170 Abestos S1 tho (since Surtr + Ifrit both E269 handle the DPS fine for the most part) and on top I use Amiya. Top ends up a bit tight, so I ended up E2-ing another ranged guard for that :D

@@Eckogen Thanks a lot man :) Here's what I gathered: I've tried to replace her on different attempts with haze, platinum and W (I was short on casters since I dont have more than 4 total, 3 of which were already in use on the other tiles) they all fall short on dmg, let too many spiders leak which blow up near ceobe or near whoever is in place of Ifrit, ultimately that can sorta be handled by the resist healer, but when the katana dudes and the shield dudes come the shortage of dmg makes Arene start tanking them + with the spider explosions it ended up with Arene dying and enemies leaking in every attempt. My squad is mostly e2 lvl20-30, so it could be that its different with some more level, it could also be that if I put a better caster than Haze it would work (I knew the snipers wouldnt work that well, altho plat held out pretty good!), but as said before I have those busy on the other tiles. I'll keep trying a little more, this stage bugs me so much I wanna have at least one autoplay setup that works.

Well Sadly I've neglected my Click and Arene so hopefully a Caster Amiya S1 and a Thorns S3 can cover those gaps at least I lucked out on Surtr so I don't have to worry about my Arts guard with this change. Alternatively Absinthe could work since she'll be doing close to 1000 attack at E1 70 S1 7. Though Maybe I should be worried that my Lappland is only Lv 40

@@Eckogen I did, with SA instead of Arete. At 395 he died in two hits even as he was spamming Truesilver Slash at the end. Another run had Lapp die at 391 to the above hit 3,but she was at E2 50. I'll level her to E2 70 and see if hitting TSS earlier on helps. Edit - it didn't help. I used all the skills up but the Leaders still killed Lapp and SA fast even with SA spamming TSS. He couldn't wipe them without dying mid-swing.

I'll try switching the healers (Ptilopsis and Perfumer E2 35) for Whisperain and Purestream. Maybe that'll make a difference. Edit - it was the healers. AOE healers like Perfumer E2 and Ptilopsis couldn't keep up with the damage, but Whisperain kept SA and Lapp upright long enough to kill the Yeti Leaders.

I expect I can do this one and just borrow an extra caster. Mudrock does fine in the solo lane and I've got Silverash/Surtr/Eyja/Lappland and some good medics. I got Whisperain to E1 SL7 hoping she's strong enough. Will report back.

My priority was getting the rewards on this one, rather than auto-deploy, and this worked well for me to get to 400. I borrowed a stronger Mudrock (E290 S2M3) to replace Blaze. Click->Angelina S1, Ceobe->Amiya S1, Arene->SA S3, Guard!Amiya->Surtr S2, Whisperain->Warfarin S1 (my Whisperain wasn't sustaining Lappland), Purestream->Ptilopsis S2.

Crap, my Blaze (who only just came home, so low trust) didn't make it past the 350s. Her S2 at M1, combined with her only being E2 Lv20 right now, meant that she fell prey to the elite casters towards the end. Reached until 376 kills, the frontline is thoroughly stable even with underleveled Purestream, although I did replace Arene with Thorns for good measure. Maybe I should've waited another 10 hours for Blaze to reach M2 before capping out on weekly orundums :')

You could place down Blaze first and then Eyja. That'll make the casters target Eyja and give your Blaze some breather.

I had to redo my Anni 3 this morning - which had been fine on auto for months - because of a leak yesterday (wasn't paying attention, so didn't spot how/where it happened). I made some tweaks which *should* be leakproof on future auto runs. At the end of the run, I got an error message because of the emergency maintenance, so I ended up having to do it all over again >.< ...Oh, and on Monday, I wasted 25 sanity doing an auto on Anni 4... I much prefer the look of this setup compared to the first guide, and I'll give it a go tomorrow. Thanks Ecko :)

I tried doing that with Specter, and it does work, but you need a lot of damage on Specter and precise timings of her S2 to deal with waves of 3+ enemies. E2 30 S2M1 Specter leaked a few enemies with ~500 HP, so I had to kill them with fast-redeploys. Broca is probably safer.

Mudrock S2 M1 (E2 lvl40), one square below Blaze, worked for me. Specter can work but only if she's very high level and the timing on her S2 is right.
