I'm wondering about a few things. I have Eyja instead of Gitano as caster with AoE damage, do you think I should go with S3 on her to simulate the Gitano S2 when clearing the shieldguards, or should I also go with S2 for more constant AoE hits? I also don't have E2 Myrtle yet, so she doesn't have the self HP regen to hold the back line, could I perhaps stick a healing defender there or is it more important for the defender to hold the bottom lane since I don't have a ranged guard either? It looks to me like you're using Utage is there to spawn kill the icecleavers, could Silverash or maybe Surtr do a similar thing? Also, what does Beanstalk do in this strategy? I thought you were maybe using her to bait the ice slugs, but it looks like your bottom melee still get hit by them and frozen?

It isn't recommended to copy this clear exactly, as the strategies and setups used are very specific to this squad, most notably the first red ice cleaver kill at wave 370. If I could add some input though: Eyja S2 should work instead of Gitano. The Myrtle in this clear is E1, so E1 Myrtle should still work if you cycle fast redeploys when the heralds/casters come. If you don't have Arene specifically for bot lane though, I think another caster like ifrit (behind purestrream facing right), or a strong dps should work there. Otherwise you could try to switch to the Ifrit strategy and place Ifrit where gitano is and place your defenders in a line. Utage's main role is to deal with the problematic icecleavers going through the red tiles. Silverash S3 or Surtr S3 should do the role just fine. Beanstalk is used to delay the icecleavers in the midlane so that click and arene can dps them down. Sometimes Mousse gets frozen, but it should be fine if she's not blocking an icecleaver at the same time. Theoretically a strong defender or Kalstit can replace her.
