Liskarm cannot replace Hoshiguma. I've tried it and it's very difficult for Liskarm, because Liskarm has to charge her skills.

I'm using different Strat but mulberry works for me. You need to deploy her above enemy red box and Make sure not to deploy her as last operator So she is not easily targeted by casters when revealed by cars
