Rat King caught me by surprise the first time I read the story. He seems like old leader type who sat on the throne and wait for result only. Boy oh boy what a pleasant surprise. I guess he's 1 of the 4 most influential person (or animal? I mean we have penguin, rat, and dragon here) in Lung Men for a reason.

If you STILL have not read the story, it is actually pretty good. Especially the parts with the Rat King, those are imo the best parts of it.
