Unfortunately held back by his duration the most, S2 has high total damage but falls to def quickly, while S3 only deals like 40k. Scales well with buffs though, and at the very least he’s still the 3rd best welfare 6* with potential niches.

@@reinaters That isn’t bind either, what she inflict is something called “Momentum Murder”. If anything, the closest thing that an enemy have to a bind is those annoying Sarkaz Caster that can continuously stun an Operator with a bind-like attack. Even using Lumen won’t help, since he would just be wasting all of his charges until the enemy stop “binding”. At least they can be disrupted by stunning/sleeping/freezing them.
