S1 is very strong for afk. Not just it's infinite duration, it's increased his attack range, delete enemy if they has less hp than the 150% of Logos attack. Pair with his talent that every attack has 40% chance to attack another enemy (and yes, it that additional attack can proc too)

In most cases, yes. Probably less so for stuff like CC, or stages where you need her s3 range or helidropability, but in a majority of content he's essentially a upgrade.

I mean, keep in mind that kouhai can give him a fat atk boost by just bringing her along and reducing res for his non-elemental dmg while still providing her own solid damage! classic case of "just use both"
