It gathers over time. Doing daily and weekly missions, plus annihilation gets you around 3000 per week. If you do events you get more. Also 140k isn't a lot I've seen people with 1milion but yeah they weren't f2p. The amount I have isn't impossible to get however you do also need luck to make every pull count.
