I don't think Executor Alter is that bad pre-module. It's just people were expecting too much from him since we got La Pluma who is _just that good,_ and were promptly disappointed when Executor didn't perform according to their expectations.

And operators with guns are snipers right? Usually. So therefor Executor Alter should be a sniper right? Makes sense to me. So make him a sniper. Sorry, Executor Alter is another 6-star male guard eventhough you already have: SilverAsh, Hellgur, Thorns, Mountain, Młynar, and Chongyue, and later on Hoederer & Lessing...
