Wis'adel is NOT her real name, its a new name she decided to adapt. Her real name is unknown as she stole the name "W" from a dead mercenary... why she change her name to Wis'adel is unknown to me cuz the story is only available in CN for now.

More detail V Theresa, after her final "confrontation" with W and Amiya (14-22; it’s a cinematic boss stage like 6-17), has one last talk with them, Kal’tsit, and the Doctor. W immediately launched herself into a hug with Theresa, who says she had chosen "Wiš'adel" (Wish-uh-del) for her, translated from ancient Sarkaz to "wish for a home"; Theresa planned to originally give her that name after they returned to Kazdel.
