Wait, does Shu's sanctuary, any sanctuary effect even, reduce the actual self-damage of Surtr's 3rd skill? :D

I don't think so cause iirc it's an hp% per second drain rather than it actually doing damage

No, Sanctuary only reduces Physical and Arts damage. And theoretically-I don't know how it's coded-Surtr S3 doesn't deal damage to herself, she loses max HP. Sanctuary, and Res for that matter, does reduce the damage an operator takes from blighted water though, since that's Arts damage. Nightingale was very helpful in this event lol.
