Could forget something: 1) Penance: talent deals 50% ATK Arts Damage to anyone who attacks her; S3 has "ATK +400%" 2) Suzuran: S3 applies Slow to all enemies within range and doubles effect of her talent, which makes all slowed enemies within her range take 20% more damage 3) Aak: S3 increases ATK of an ally within range by 50% 4) Saria: S3 makes all enemies within range take 50% more Arts damage 5) Warfarin: S2 increases ATK by +90% 6) Stainless: S1 makes each device increase the ATK of ally in front by 12% 7) Texalter: S2 decreases RES by 30% 8) Chiave: S2 decreases RES by 20% 9) Eyjafjalla: S2 decreases RES by 25% 10) Castle-3: talent increases ATK of all melee units by 20% 11) Horn: talent increases ATK of all defenders by 23%

Pretty much there are two types here, ATK boost or arts damage boost. Stainless S1, Warfarin S2, Aak; plus Castle 3 and Horn passives are here to boost Penance’s ATK. Suzuran gives fragile, Saria boosts arts damage, Chiave and Eyja are here to shred boss’ RES and all this is because Penance’s talent is dealing 50% of her atk as arts damage back to attacker.

Penance is so underrated, people often call her mudrock but weaker just because she require more brain to use than mudrock who just a deploy and forget. I find myself use penance much more than mudrock.

I found penance more stronger in crowds than mudrock too, shes literally immortal and can also deal quite heavy blows to boss if you got her s3 ready

@@pempem440 agree. All u have to do is proc her s3 one time and she is almost immortal for the entire map. And this will be even easier to do with her module.

Juggernauts are just bad, they can be useful in some situations (when penance kill some "trash mobs" especially) but generally they are bad because of trait.

I wasn't sure about Penance until she accidentally solo'ed stage 2 Patriot in 7-18. She was only supposed to stall until i got Mlynar repositioned. So now i swear by Penance

I honestly prefer her over mudrock 1- mudrock's only source of heal is her s2, s2 does not work if shes not hitting enemies, penance barrier is eternal because even if she gets hit (from afar) she can refresh it easily 2- mudrock low damage sometimes, getting huge crowd around her and eventually leaking, especially against tanky enemies, penance s3 is a bonker and add with the damage of reflection she can easily deal with tanky crowds 3- shes a sbiper in disguise due to how her reflection can damage those far away snipers and casters

1 - her main source of heal is her shield, which is always active regardless of skill you choose. Shield will generate regardless of any condition. 2 - thats true 3 - only on specific maps in very specific cases.

Bruh, Aak "shot" Penance so that she got enough sp to activate her S3 since its defensive recovery. So, yes Aak is really necessary

aside from sp, aak also gives atk+50% which is 3rd highest buff here (below stainless' 96% and warfarin's 90%)

@@fernando4959 mind you it's only highest in number but not effectiveness here, because all those buffs are "additive" using Penance's base ATK, whereas Suzuran S3 and Saria S3 may only be 40% and 55%, but they are multiplicative damage amplifiers that affect Penance's final ATK after all the other buffs
