From what I heard, relics that give sp on deploy since his skill is considered a redeploy (Any deploy based buff works on him in any IS)

nope, that's nearl 2's conditional with the blazing sun, siege gets her true damage no matter what + up to four targets blocked by anyone in surrounding 8 tiles
