Basicaly, M9 Ch'en the Holungday is normal, but I haven't M3 her S1 bc I don't have Archetto for charge her skill

It's still a pretty good AFK skill even without Archetto's talent. I do find myself using it occasionally for AFK Anni clears~

Siege is BAD? Lolwut? We've really deviated into some sort of objective madhouse when one of the best AFK units in the game is "bad".

Ikr? Siege is one of better Vanguards and even if she's not in meta team comps, she still gets the job done quite well.

If you're referring to Ash from the R6S collab, she's currently unavailable and will probably remain so unless HG decides to rerun the collab again
