To be honest, if Passenger were to be given much higher SP regeneration rate, I believe the whole game would freeze from being rained by his might. And... I already did that by giving him Mostima, and that SP 0.4 regeneration is a real deal for him and perhaps every casters in Arknights.

my game already freezes with his basic attacks because my phone is kinda old, Reed alter almost crashed the game one time on SSS

Corroserum’s gives him +0.45 SP rate when he hasn’t attacked for 4 secs. Gives him a good skill downtime which in turn gives him respectable damage output.

...i use Amiya true damage with damage buff ) If you bring warfarin amiya kill first phase on resp ... May be little no ) but pretty useful) Also kill gargoyle with amiya help Surtr core + Alter Gavial + Amiya run But that insane damage passenger... Lol

If you calculate the odds of that on the joint operations banner, the chance of not getting a specific one of the four 6 stars in a hundred pulls is roughly 60%, which is more likely than not, that's why you shouldn't pull on the joint operations banner if you're looking to get one specific operator. If you had gotten passenger in those 100 pulls you'd have been luckier than average

I believe it does. If you don’t see it says “only highest effect takes place” then it probably stack, and Passenger’s doesn’t state that ^-^
