Could be "demonic entities" (evil harassing spirits). They do things like that. Doesn't hurt to at least try commanding them to leave in the name of Jesus -- it's worked for me and others. If needed, study spiritual warfare if you are unaware about those things.

The fire almost reached Mount Olive LA County in the city of Duarte just next to Altadena. An interesting connection. If you Google Earth that Road, the very top of Mount Olive is a huge cross, swimming pool bigger than a mansion.

Interestingly, as well, just near the big giant swimming pool and the top of Mount olives a few streets over on Buena Vista is a hospital run by the Carmelite sisters called Santa Teresita, so it’s interesting that you spoke of Elijah, Mount Carmel, the Pasadena fire stopped just before this area
