A few things ppl have to be careful of when in pve OFFICIAL, you can not build near explorer notes, supply drops, or in or around caves. Also, if you block access to resources like rare spawns/resources, notes, drops, caves, it is against CoC and devs will wipe you. A player must be able access these things via ground (on foot). Also, if you build in a player spawning spot, and a player gets stuck in your building/base, they can report you and devs will wipe you. **Herb island; there are a few drops on this island that will prevent building, also, you can not build a wall around the entire island as this will prevent ground access to the drops, tons of ppl will come here to safely farm resources AND dinos, so expect a lot of traffic that you will not be able to block** Choose wisely when choosing a base location; 1) don't build in player spawns; trapping a player in your base is against CoC and dev wipeable. 2) don't build near or around notes; blocking access to notes via ground is against CoC and dev wipeable. (game will say "can not place structure in this location") ***Especially the 4x note at 95.8, 20.2, Craig Island, this is where everyone does the 70+ level note run when first starting out.*** 3) don't build near or around caves; blocking access to caves via ground is against CoC and dev wipeable. (game will say "can not place structure in this location") 4) don't build near or around supply drops; blocking access to drops via ground is against CoC and dev wipeable. (game will say "can not place structure in this location") 5) don't build near or around rare resources or dino spawns which will destroy them; since this is the only map available and transfers aren't allowed, people will get very angry if you destroy rare resources/dino spawns like beaver dams, organic poly, giga spawns, spino spawns, thyla spawns, ESPECIALLY if the dino drops items needed for boss fights. Destroying rare spawns is against CoC and devs can wipe you. Plan base location carefully. Good luck 😊

The 10th spot is hard to build in cause there is a drop blocking you from building on most of it.

alpha spots will usually never have more than 1 entrance, should show more spots with 1 entrance

Ark Survival Ascended should have Haptic Feedback on PS5, but we will have to confirm that when it launches later this month. It may not be working at launch but they should add it in a later update if not. ASA is still in early access, so it's still in development.

Ark Survival Ascended does take a pretty good PC or console to run well, but believe it or not, the lag has actually improved because the rebuilt code runs so much better than the old 8-year-old code. I hope you get chance to try it sometime!

Unfortunately I discovered the ice caves spot in the glacier before this video and you can't spawn on any beds in that spot on officials. Not sure why. You can build there but it won't let you spawn in on beds which is silly cause you can spawn on beds in caves and other similar landmarks. I'm really bummed. That spot would've been nice for my small tribe 😭

my favorite spot is near red obb the new pretty lake/waterfalls, I think everybody agrees with you that water body looked like trash but thank god ASA gave it a glow up and now it is my favorite spot in The Island in ASA.

Couple things I want to mention.. Those first 2 areas in South Zone 2 around that Lagoon also has Giant Beaver Dams very close to the north of it, useful for cementing paste. Saw it was mentioned later in conjunction with the metal mountain, but it's just as close to the first two. Herbivore Island is safe, but I have personally seen a Therizino spawn there. It's rare, but I have seen it happen. Their small aggro range makes them fairly easy to avoid, but be sure you don't accidentally wander into one. Also, it is a potential spawn location for the Unicorn.
