I did a 1500 kms across the Pyrenees mountains in France(winter) with this jacket.this is a tank!!! Nothing came thru,heavy rains,snow,wind,cold for days...I was the only one dry,comfortable and confident!!!this is a winter jacket,anything above 5 Celsius while hiking and I d be sweating profusely but I'll definitely take it on a true ,deep winter trek again,despite the weight penalty.quality!!!
