I remember catching the BME sessions on BBC - Right at the start of Covid it was. Arlo and this amazing band of hers, also Pigeon Radio, Marsicans and Kokoroko, they were all great. I had never heard of Arlo before this BME thing. I loved it so much I ripped the audio to CD and gave it to my friends and family who loved it also. The live playing here of the fabulous bass player and beautiful guitar playing together with Arlo's wonderful voice and poetic storytelling - It was a landmark moment for me. It directly influenced me and kick started my whole 'ndge' musical adventure - So, thanks BME, Arlo, and all...😍

@@markioane8296 the guitarist is Alex Cosmo Blake. He plays on lots of tracks by other soul / RnB / hip hop artists and some more experimental jazz stuff too

This song actually brings me to tears. It's so beautiful. I've been showing it to everyone I know. And this live version is incredible. I just cannot praise this enough for its beauty, it's an absolutely sublime masterpiece. I just have to add, that moment at 3:24-3:26 when the guitarist starts his solo I actually feel like there is a river of emotion (of all sorts) just flowing through my heart and really does something. I'm so in love with this piece.
