7:34 Its isnt buff because most people use there ult to waste time if there second skill on cooldown so they can escape now its hard to do because ult stops too quickly and if mm has wind they can absorb lot of damage to wind and you don't take too much damage

I wanted to ask something. Does the slow from Thunderbelt count as CC and arlot can use it mark enemy? I recently saw arlot had potential to join meta so i started playing him after his mana removed buff. Won 4 out of 5 rank with arlot this season. 1 match i had hard time laning against yz. My team was good so i won that one.

@@muhammadalifmulkymurtadha4493 c'mon he always had mana prob . This is huge buff. Earlier when his release I used to run out of mana in fights. So it's a big impact . Now he can easily stay in late without having to go back to base .
