Based on enemies and ur team line up ofc. For example, if ur roam is natalia/selena/faramis/estes/mathilda or any roam that isn't tanky, then u r obliged to use tanky/sustain build.

Look at your team line up Tank roam = damage item Support roam = tank item But it also depends on the enemy you're facing on your lane If you're confident, build damage If you're not, semi tank/tank build

The answer is the same for every hero. Look at what your team needs. Does your team needs a frontline? Or does your team needs more damage? In most cases tho especially solo rank games you should do a hybrid build.
