Arm Triangle Follow Ups

CSW Coaches Brian Yamasaki and Brandon Kiser of Mushin Self Defense In Bountiful Utah share their insights on the Basic Arm Triangle. Basic set ups are covered as well as rudimentary counters and intermediate re-counters. Also covered are a open triangle or crooked ezekiel choke and a neck crank.

OK coach, I have looked at some of your clips and I really like your style of coaching and I think you explain funtional techniques well. But this one needs some work on it.
