He broke his own arm by turning away from his arm. For beginners it's crucial to always look at your hand. This prevents you from getting in that akward position where your upper arm snaps in half so easily.

In general yes... Ive always found that description to be a bit lacking though as you can totally be in the wrong position while still LOOKING at your hand (like, over your shoulder yaknow).

Is the viking one of my favourite wsm, you best believe it, he is the throne taker. He made it so cool in the 80's as a small kid I thought I was watching something close to as cool as my grandad and grandmother in church in st Mary's. Are these men gods, I capes, what a beast, kaz is my favourite, big z is the near complete boss, eddy and shaw are great, but remember the old guys, our war horse Terry hollands deserves a damn good shout. When he became the over 40's champ I was so happy for him, when I was younger I used to love seeing Terry's interviews and knowing a polish monster was in his wake. Crazy 5 time champ. Been to poland, loved it.

Because organizers had no idea what armwrestling really is, and thought "oh its a cool thing to see who is stronger!"

Jones should of slipped out. Dude was trying a press against a top roll and had no idea he was doing. Power vs Technique and we all saw what happened.
