What is mean by number of bytes align in ARM?

addresses should be as per super multiple of 4. for example 0, 4, 8, ....

You said at 8:30, byte means 8 bits of data. But isnt it 4 bits?

Nope, byte means 8 bits and Nibble means 4 bits.
