You probably already figured this out by now, however it still may be help to others whom have the same issue. It is by default NOT the asterisk key, it is the slash key NEXT or left of the asterisk key, right of the NUMLOCK key.

well it still works for me. make sure you actually have a weapon with a secondary scope

Hey Swiss, I have a problem with the "Battle Sight" thing. I tried pressing the * (asterisk) key, it only enabled free look. I tried CTRL + F and SHIFT + F but none worked. I tried with both G36K and M16A4 ACOG but none worked. Help will be appreciated!

Most Weapons with a M203 have the Flip up leaf sights. Its Alt+2 i think. Did not know that myselfe when i made this tutorial thats why its not in it.

@Ostfront1942 No idea mate. Never encountered any Problems like this. Are you using the right Rounds at all. Not like Smoke, Flare or HuntIR. I guess its some sort of malfunction of the ACE Mod or a conflict with another Mod you maight be using.

Yes i use TrackIR 5. Excellent Hardware for ARMA or Flight Sims.

Does the M203 have the flip up leaf sights? If so, how do you toggle them? Great tutorial; I didn't know about that gun-deployment trick; now it's helped me out so much.

Click ESC ingame. open ACE Settings and then Keys on the top left corner.

Swiss, I think the star slowfake thingy is an Asterisk (Spelling may be wrong). But thats how you say it. Its the symbol for Times.

@TheSwissMAVERICK Nope,im using the HEDP-Rounds. Maybe im using some sort of Mod that conflicts with it,although i looked and i couldnt tell which Mod conflicts,cause im not using any other mod that changes the grenade launcher or weapons at all :/

Try the"/" key on the numpad, since OA this is the standard key for changing sights.

You can also use the leaf sight by using shft+2

the huntIR rounds never seem to work for me. they are not found by the monitor and sometimes come back towards the groung not having deployed the parachute. it never works for me.

Try this addWeaponCargo [weaponName, count]. Not sure if it will work as I am still a novice at Arma 2 editor. For ammo you can try this addMagazineCargo [magazineName, count]. "This" can be replaced with the name of the vehicle you can set.

I can't get the cqb sights to work. The button for it doesn't work and it's not in the options.

u play with that shit that tracks headmotion? because it lookes cool that the weapond is not always in center of screen when looking around ( i know what the shift key does but this looks different) for example when you shoot that tube

I dont know what i do wrong.Im standing in front of an high building.I adjusted the range of the launcher to 50 and aimed right at the building. Shoot. Then,after some seconds of waiting,the grenade explodes somewhere behind the building. HOW CAN THIS BE? The building was that high,the grenade CANT fly over it O_O. Its like the grenade just flew through it.Also,i cant see the grenade that comes out of the grenade launcher,u can see it (7:38). Help pls?

Thanks mate. It is hard to give you suggestions because i dont know your bugget :-) My specs are on my Channel, top right corner, show more. Pretty happy with it but if i could do over i would buy a bigger tower, get two cards and use AMD CrossFireX or something similar. Requirements for ARMA 2 are rather high, sould be better for ARMA 3 i hear, we`ll see.
