Arma 3 is really dependent on the cpu I got a Ryzen 5 3600 and get about 40-55fps on these tests and on KOTH servers(On the lowest settings)

In same setting test my 5600 is 20~40 fps lower than yours

As expected.5600x has 20 fps lower min fps than 5800x3d. 7800x3d and 14k series has much better lows.
