7CMBG is the oldest Canadian Armed Forces MILSIM unit in the ArmA 3 community, having been founded in 2007 in ArmA 2. 7CMBG is a professional unit with quality servers and like-minded people in an immersive environment. Our leadership consists of multiple real Canadian military leaders and a commissioned officer which allows us to easily follow and adopt actual Canadian doctrine and SOP when conducting missions and campaigns. Rank calling; Sir/Ma'am/Sergeant is not required here, and our community plays various other games during off-time!
Operations are held every Saturday at 5:30 PM EST and last for about 2 hours. Operations currently have around 25-30 members in attendance and that number is continuing to grow. Other events such as patrol ops and side ops are held throughout the week with the possibility of other missions during the week.
We pride ourselves on being immersive and realistic in the planning and execution of missions but strive for an enjoyable experience for our members.
JOINING PROCESS

A member of J-1 will review your application within 24 hours (usually less than that).
If accepted, you will be contacted to set up an interview.
During the interview, we ask basic questions, give you more information about our unit, and will be there to answer any questions you may have.
After the interview you will immediately receive your tags on the Teamspeak, the Website, and Discord.
You will automatically be sent an info packet on Discord by our bot containing basic newcomer information to help you with your transition into the unit.
You will be assigned to PAT Platoon which consists of all the other Recruits until you complete the 'Basic Military Qualification' introductory course and you must complete BMQ as soon as possible.
