i have a problem with flying heli' s and i dont know how to increase speed well if i hold w yk you aim forward but if y do that i dont go over 38mph

Try holding shift (throttle) while keeping the nose forward (w)

hold shift and point nose down. just dont take a way too aggressive AoA or else you may lose altitude too quickly and crash.

Played the game for the 1st time today. How do I practice flying like in this video? HOw to load the helicopter and airfield.

When you start up the game, you'll see single-player campaigns, multi-player servers, and Eden Editor. Open Eden Editor, go to "view", then "Toggle Maps" to change map to 2-D map mode. There you'll see a tiny camera icon: click and drag it to the local airbase of the map (I choose Altis map when you turn on Eden Editor - it gives you options. The map being used in the above video is Altis. On that map there is a large combination airport/military airbase, with long airstrips. That is being used in the above video. The airbase is located near the bottleneck area of the map of Altis, between the two large land areas.) At the Altis Airbase, you then spawn a helicopter pilot (that will be you) from the menu on the right side, and then spawn a helicopter (the one above being used is a Hummingbird). Be sure BEFORE you spawn the helicopter, that you un-check the little box at the bottom right below the menu, to just spawn the helicopter without the AI pilot already inside, or there'll be an extra pilot that you don't need. Un-checking the box will allow you to spawn the helicopter un-manned. After you spawn your pilot and the helicopter, select "Play Scenario" at the very bottom right corner, and the scene just like shown above in the video will start, and you can go climb into the helicopter and start flying. Have fun, and good luck! Extra: the reason why you move the tiny camera icon to the airbase, is when you select "Play Scenario" you'll spawn at the location where the camera is, and often when you start up Eden Editor, that icon is somewhere in the middle of Altis, nowhere near where any airbase-airfield is, and you don't want that. Wherever you want to spawn in on the map, is where the camera icon will be, so move it down to the Airbase, so you can start off there.....
