Doesn't this rifle lose accuracy over 700m? Didn't play A3 in a while

The dispersion cone is quite large at 1000, yes. If you use LRPS and aim a perfect headshot you will miss maybe 80% of shots. But if you aim the center of dispersion correctly and shoot enough times, something will hit. A bonus is that you can misaim a bit but still hit if you are lucky. :) This video includes all the shots I've made at that sniper. It was quite lucky to kill with the 11th shot. Typically I need about 2 full mags to kill a sniper at that distance.
