specs: ryzen 9 7950x3d, rtx 4080, 2x16gb 6000 cl30 things i did to increase frame rate : using amd curve optimizer (-35 on 3d cache cores), slightly tuned ram timings, using arma 3 profile build, using mimalloc lockpages memory allocator, using process lasso and adjusted some ingame settings
