You should get used to using params and the private keyword. Also remember that global variables should always have a tag, not like you are showing it.

i started doing that and there should be a video on it i think. for my missions(when i used to make them) i would always make my own functions setup in cfgfunctions and never used global variables. this is a literal bare bones introduction, the less intimidating for the user the better imo but you are right about params, should of been used from the start.

I'm still looking for information as to how any variable can proceed from one mission to another in a campaign, and how the variables will be loaded in succeeding missions. That's just all I want at this point.

have you heard of / looked in to inidbi2 its on the workshop and a quick google for "arma 3 inidbi2" will get you there, seems more for developers and requires a bit of scripting cant say ive used it other than adding the mod to my server

How would one go about making a UI key prompt like this: kzbin.info/www/bejne/gYaceGathc56i7s&ab_channel=BillyEatWorld (5:26 in the video, he goes up to the car and it says "F to Spawn Name of Car" then when he holds f and circular loading bar pops up and looks really smooth)
