something that would be a really great idea to add to the ambience is to have birds not only flap away, but have them stay silent if someone's nearby as they'd most likely take them as predator for those players that pay a lot of attention to detail

⁠@@riotmaker650what are the differences between the arma 3 and arma reforger, aside of graphics? Does it still have that “feel” of arma atmosphere?

@PhonkSociety I never played arma 3 unfortunately but I watched plenty of videos and such. If the arma feel your looking for is an intense game one moment then funny/getting armed the next then yes it's the same lol. I've had a lot of great moments in this game

Sucks that there seems to be issues with lagging and freezing and also crashing that happen every so often for a few days to a couple weeks' time or longer not to mention the issue with mods lately when downloading mods some of them at random will need to be redownloaded so many times in a row but when you have had enough and go to delete it the game freezes and then crashes later on if the game is kept on long enough. Im on xbox series s myself i reinstalled this game 6 times since yesterday morning plus cleared my cache twice in a week period i also have it on steam as well actually but mostly play on xbox i paid $44.98 CDN 🇨🇦 wish theyd fix these issues and bringa couple campaign dlc over from arma 3 so console can enjoy some modern content also without having to rely solely on mods for modern content.

Give them time. First game arma on xbox. I'm also on the s and really I hardly lag out but I only play on servers in my region. Also 2d scopes if your on Xbox makes A HUGE difference you van actually use long scopes with out delay, lag or crashing anytime you ads

I’m new to the game just downloaded it today. I’ve played squad and hell let loose I love milsims. Is there a way to use proximity chat? Like a button to press? Or is my mic just messed up? Lol

Yes there is a way! I used to play on Xbox and it was the left bumber, I just got a pc so I'm not sure the keybind to it. It will 100% be in the controls menu tho!

I believe there is only 1 zoom on the bmp, I just go into third person when not aiming down sight so I can see around the bmp

This is on Xbox!? It looks and sounds amazing and seems very realistic. There will be a learning curve, but I’m confident this is something I’ll enjoy far more than Battlefield or Call of Duty. I appreciate the gameplay I hope it comes to ps5 soon

You should definitely get it, and there isn't a campaign that I'm aware of. But with the amount of modding you can probably find a server that's done with game master and it runs more in a liner fashion like a campaign

I recommend any of the darkgru servers or WCS servers!

I hope it works for you! I figured out for it to be captured you need to run a capture card and a laptop I believe. Streaming right from the Xbox to twitch doesn't work

Two questions period number one I got about 10,000 hours in on DayZ. Would this game right here are you running around killing AI or are those humans the other question I guess just would have been can I run around in an open world server just like DayZ

it's a pvp modded server, but some servers do have AI. And yes you can! There are servers built around dayZ on reforger. You can also run a game master mode if you want to fight just AI

It definitely is! I play on the series x and it runs great. Some mods have issues and take a while to download but that's more if an arma issue rather than xbox issue

I highly recommend keeping the game, arma 4 will bot come out for a bit. Earliest end of this year but reforger has so much content available

The mods get updated almost every week and the game itself still gets regular updates! They are putting a lot of content in before aa 4 is released
