Coming from a guy in the Army here. Teams should be in a wedge not a diamond. And alpha team is suppose to be the support by fire while bravo initiates a bold flanking move left or right.

Thanks for watching. My bad we were initially running wedge formations in training along the run way. I don’t know why I chose diamond formation in the diagram to demonstrate what we were doing.
