Only gripe I have with this ship is the slow base 25 knot speed. Decent about of main guns to compensate for the meh sigma and accuracy, accurate and hard hitting secondaries, decent armor, amazing stealth, and a nice turning circle. This ship is so fun to play, secondaries melt dds that pop up too close so fast and hits cruisers and bbs hard for 1k or even higher. There are many games where if I play it well an close, my secondaries do more damage than my main guns.

Having gone up against her in a Bismark, FDG, and a Pommern, I can say she slap battles with the best of them. Depending on a bit of RNG, situational happenstance, and player skill, she can actually out damage the German Navy's secondaries, especially when faceing a cruiser. As for Brawling, the lower HP she has really ends up hurting her, but her guns put down some serious hurt. I feel she is a pretty even match to Pommern(minus -her- his torrps), and FDG and maybe even has an edge over Bismark.

NA server, IGN: SomethingDownThere Seems that if the ship was "theoretically" going to be upgraded in the US, the 234mm guns would've been replaced, as that was becoming an outdated caliber coming out of the 1930s. Upgraded in the US, the 5-inch (127mm) guns would be a sensible addition over earlier "Agincourt generation" 102mm or 120mm guns... But, pertaining to the 234mm guns, it would've been sensible to adopt US pattern 203mm guns with more modern ammunition instead, or even adopt a navalized version of Army/land 240mm (9.45-inch) guns. Few manufacturers were making 234mm ammo going into WW2, and friendly nations that had 234mm ammunition stocks were becoming possibly too old and unsafe to use (WW1 era). Modern and more recently manufactured 15-inch ammunition could've easily been acquired from Allied navy stocks and manufacturers (England obviously). I can't imagine the fire control complexities a real Atlantico would've had: surface directors for the 15-inch and 234mm, and surface/air directors for the 127mm an 40mm guns... Not sure the goal of a make believe ship, if at least you're not going to be more plausible in your theoretical alternate history's technology.
