I got mine today (coincidentally a dragoon as well) after a LOT of packs, they exist, just do NOT expect to get one in like 5k crowns (But if you do, props to you thats some amazing luck)

Congrats on Haywire Dragoon, dude! Honestly one of the best ones in the pack to actually have due to it's insane stats in Marleybone. Blue will have a hard time in MB because of them and Rooke, I guarantee it. But good luck with the Walkthroughs and stuff still!

Blaze, I can tell you. The chances of the getting a mount is better than getting a companion from these packs. In my pack splurging, I have gotten multiples of mounts from the Tribal Pack, but only two companions, and the time between getting them was *LONG*.
