Hey Crabbok, hey guys. So the thing with the translation is worse than it seems. The publisher (Asmodee is the Spanish one, I don't know the French) won't sell expansions that are not translated and since FFG won't translate them the Spanish community and I guess the Spanish speaking south American one are left without possibility to get the game. We're not getting the Onager nor the Starhawk and AFAIK the new cores won't be coming neither. This has just killed the game in my city, my lgs told us the other day that it can't bring more expansions and that they're gonna use the space for other games. So thanks FFG and Asmodee I guess. You just left me without one of my favourite games.

Ironically the cut down in the production and translation of their games will end up with great number of people abandoning the game. People understand English, specially if its vocabulary is very narrow and concrete; but you're sending a terrible message of how you care about your clients.

This only makes customers look suspiciously to every new FFG product that would come. Why will they start a new collection if maybe the game will be discontinued after some time. This happened with Runewars. Do you remember Runewars? ;)

I think 1 star hawk with a couple cr-90s is better because you can first list people and combo kill them

Just a note, Heavy Fire Zones and Unity are mutually exclusive. Heavy Fire Zone only changes the blue die to a red when the targeted squadrons are NOT engaged. Unity provides the re-roll when the targeted squadron is engaged (by a non-Heavy squadron, so a group of exclusively generic Y-wings doesn't work here either).

I like taking Agate as commander, Unity title, Local fire control and Expert Shield Tech. It makes for a very tanky defense. Agate can give you a second brace. Unity gives you a second Redirect. Swap out the contain with Local fire control for another salvo. It's suddenly a lot harder to lock down your defensive tokens with accuracies and the Expert shield tech can help reduce damage before you brace or from squadron attacks.

Mark 2, Unity, Agate Commander, Ray Antilles and Ahsoka for great token shenanigans. Hardened bulkheads to stop you getting hurt through ramming. LTTs, Leading Shots and Gunnery Teams. Forget the Magnites.

Up to 4 salvo token, because of the weapons team upgrade (probably swapping out contain). I think Agate is better used on another token like Brace, but it can certainly be done.

I really like the way the Starhawk feels and plays. It's so so hard to kill. But I always feel like fleets I build around it, just lacks firepower. It takes forever to kill the Starhawk, but it's so slow that if the enemy just stays away from it, it makes for a boring game where I lose by 20 points.
