Armadillo just recently got 17th at LMBM with wins over Jake and Quik. Definitely shows a lot of potential when you consider how stacked LMBM was

@@ballisticbiscuit5706And the “official” tierlist has him two slots away from being bottom tier lol I know that tierlists in this game shouldn’t be taken seriously, but there is no way in HELL he is on the doorstep of bottom tier, that’s just insane.

@@asuuki2048 It's mostly because of the inconsistency. Some opponents can knock Lucario out before he reaches 100% easily, which means Lucario will never get to show his true potential. If you're good enough you can work around it though.

I've heard it many times around that people who play Lucario aren't good enough to do well at the beginning of the stock. This video disproves that. For one, a lot of these clips are of Armadillo two- or even three-stocking other professional Smash players. The clip at 1:48 shows him taking a stock while well below any sort of game-changing aura percentage. (Also I think we need to appreciate the genius move at 5:41) Lucario might be a flawed character to some, but the difference between a bad Lucario player and a good one is that the bad one complains about the limitations, while a good one uses them to their advantage.

Arms made me pick up Lucario as a pocket fighter. No idea what I'm doing with him, but man is it satisfying when a fair string connects.

lucario typically sucks ass and is really hard to use but god he is so busted and fun to watch in the hands of a really skilled player
