I jus saw an armadillo on my bike ride as I was thinking self care and this bike ride is super important as im taking care of my dad whos on hospice. He was napping and I moved past the trap of I have to be here every moment even if hes sleeping . Spirit basically said I got you! Go on that bike ride and self care❤

I live in Texas and I’ve been seeing them a lot lately. Sadly most the ones I’ve seen are not living… this message makes a lot of sense. I do a lot for my family and household on a daily basis. Lately I feel certain situations with people outside of my little family unit have been pushing on my boundaries and I have been feeling a bit like a door mat on certain issues that have resurfaced recently. I’ve been doing my best to handle the situation. My guidance has been telling me the same thing to take care of myself, my energy, and pull back from all that I can. Thank you for this video; it’s very helpful and confirms certain things that my soul is telling me.
