Thank you for doing this, friend! There is plenty of confusion on this line and people usually don't know what others refer to when they trash or hype a flanker. I personally got the EdT first and was appalled by the opening. Yes, the drydown is pleasant but sometimes the harsh opening can stick around for quite a while. And I love spraying this on after shower in the gym and experienced having other gym colleagues experiencing the opening. Not too great reactions =D I love my Parfum LE though and bought a backup bottle. Much better performer than Aventus. Different scent profile but infinitely better in terms of performance and I would even say that the dna is almost as pleasing. It really is hard to test these fragrances properly because to get an idea you have to test them on paper, on skin, on cloth, spraying little, spraying plenty, testing in heat and during activity, in public and in office, indoors and outdoors. And of course comparing them to one another and Aventus. I feel like the Parfum LE is really balanced. When I spray really much the opening sticks around infinitely without choking me out. If I spray less then I get the smoky facettes sooner. Also spray from a little distance will accelerate the drydown of some droplets and give the most complex and balanced experience asap.

I had experience with 2019 version of the edt. I was smoky pineapple with screetchy opening that seems to last the duration of the fragrance getting less strong as time passed. I loved the Pineapple and smoke in it but the lemon cleaner vibe killed it for me. A month ago, I get 10/23 batch of the pure parfum. First spray smelled lemon-bergamot, very balanced and took care of the annoying EDT opening BUT there is no pineapple and no smoke. It lasted 20-30 minutes then barely detectable as a skin scent. A month later and its gotten better. The opening is more lemony now (I get the complaints now) but it doesn't last long as people have said and moves on fast. Still lasts about an hour but its an improvement but no pineapple or smoke. It has some darkness which I think is oakmoss a maybe a hint of birch but its very light and only detectable when you smell close to skin. I just don't agree with you on them being close to 2-3% because to me and from what I read online it seems like the difference is much much more, at least with different batches. The EDT is pineapple smoke, the EDP(my friend has it) is stronger but a bit more smoother in opening still having the same scent profile. The LE parfum and Pure Parfum are the same juice and Armaf confirmed it in email, both bergamot/lemon/oakmoss based (non smoky) profile , its all over fragrantica in the reviews too. Did you revisit them and find any differences? Did they change and diverge over time for you? Thanks

may I share my experience? 1st: you are. right. 95% of the people around won't notice a difference. So, get the cheapest one available. 2nd: because my first bottle went low, like 15% left in the bottle, (It is the EDT) I purchased a new bottle and I decided to buy the "Pure Parfum". Surprise: the EDT smells better, it smells fresher and the birch tar smokyness is better. In the drydown, there is al. almost no difference. 3rd: it projects Way better. It is perhaps the best projecting fragrance that I own. And, longevity is better. 4th: it is the fragrance which gives me the best feedback (compliments) even from sober strangers. So, the EDT wins. ALL THE WAY. Trust me, and thank me later.

I've got Limited Edition. It smells really good. It's Creed Aventus in another bottle. The good Creed Aventus. Not the latest Creed Aventus, I'm not into this one. However, it lasts about 2 to 3 hours on my skin. Kinda disappointed.

What i heard about the about parfum and the limited version is more like the edt... which i dont like because it smells like suavage and worried if i get the parfum it might be similar

Hi very good explation about the differences. I bought my first CDNIM edt 2 weeks ago and I really liked it at first especially the smoky dry down. However, this week it started to smell very strong harsh lemon and stays lemony all throughout. There was no dry down scent at all despite testing it out several times. Did I get a bad batch or counterfeit? or does it need maceration? It's batch December 2022 if that helps.

@@jesseh1866 Hey bro. Thanks for this. I don't think 6 months is needed. I kept my EDT out of sight for 2 weeks and whoa! Most of the harshness is gone. I can smell the fruitiness of it and performance is even better. This is now my second month of using it and I'm getting about 6-8 hrs of performance on my skin and 3 days (I feel like its even longer than that) on my jacket. Pure parfum is even better. Its more fruity and dense and lasts longer. I feel like EDT has more projection though. I love them both :D

I’ve tried the edp and edt and imo I can’t stand the Lysol opening in the edt, i do like the edp and I’ll get another bottle but I have to try the limited edition first. I love aventus but longevity and projection on these are better due to it being synthetic

i hate the opening in the edt. the drydown is really good though. i will sell the edt now because i have other fragrances that i like more so i wouldn't use the edt anyway. i don't want to wait 1-2 hours until i like the scent, in most cases i get noseblind to it anyway. i just ordered a decant of the limited edition, i hope i like that one more. if anybody is interested in my opinion on the limited edition they can respond to my comment and i'll tell you my opinion as soon as my decant arrives

@@yooavery5041 i have sold the edt by now and i have tested the limited edition. The opening is the same, however, the limited edition doesn‘t sting your nose. But it is basically the same opening from the smell. I don‘t really like that it‘s this lemony so I won‘t be buying a full bottle. After like 10 minutes they smell the same. And the dry down of the limited edition is less smoky. In my opinion it‘s slightly the better scent than the edt. But the most important thing you need to know is that if you don‘t like the smell of the opening of the edt you most likely won‘t like the one of the limited edition either. It‘s exactly the same lemony dna, the limited edition just skips the first 5-10mins of the opening of the edt

@@Bharlos haven‘t tried the edp. But most people say the limited edition is the best one. I think the openings are only minimally different. It‘s still the same lemony opening. You must know whether you have pronlems with the harshness of the opening or with the strong lemon in general
