I call this a absolu flanker rather then a clone, the cinnamon and lavender is absent in the club de nuit, however the club denuit has the pear and caramel sweetness with the drydown more comparable to aventus Cologne is what really separates the two

When I tested Absolu, the opening had a smoother and darker Aventus DNA. But it dried down to a Sauvage Elixir-ish vibe. How is the dry down for Precieux?

I'm still on the fence with this one man. I've had it about 3 weeks I wanna say. First couple of sprays upon arrival were horrible! It was like the base notes were amplified for the top. I didn't get any fruitiness or anything. I let it sit for 2 days, and revisited it. It had changed a little bit. The base notes weren't there this time at the opening. There's something about the opening that turns my nose off though. I'm not sure if it's the pink pepper or what. But whatever it is, to my nose, it's amped up! And it's there for the entire duration that I can smell the fragrance. Smelling it up close, I'm not a fan. It smells decently enough in the air. I let it sit for 3 more days, and I got the slight Club De Nuit vibes for a minute it seems like. I can catch it if I smell around the peripheral of where the juice spot is. But whatever note that is, is still prevalent. Not quite a like for me, but not totally a dislike either. I'll revisit it in August some time and see what happens. I haven't smelled the OG, but I do have Alexandria's Brasilia Absolut. And these 2 smell hella different! It's like the Alexandria one is for daytime and this is for night. That's how different they are. I prefer the Alexandria one to this though. I'll see what happens in a month... Keep up the great work bruh!

Thank you bro! And wow yea I didnt have any of those problems out of my bottle. I wonder if it was due to the heat maybe…especially if you purchased your bottle within the last few weeks. One think I notice about fragrances that I buy in the summer time is the Vegas heat does things to them that dont happen any other time of the year. Usually my fragrances smell slightly different, perform slightly different, and even typically leak from the collar when I first get them delivered in the summer time. Usually the box and the bottle are at least around 90-100+ degrees so it maybe just take a couple of weeks for the molecules inside the bottle to get back to how they should be.

@@jamarr911 yeah those are indeed facts! Like I said, I'll give it try again in August. I haven't even given it a full wearing yet . Just a heads up, not sure if you're familiar. I came across this Bond #9 clone of Scent of Peace for him, I think it is. Haven't smelled the OG or any clones, if any. But this juice smells hella good tho! I wore it today first full wearing. After 10 hours of 106 degree feels like weather. I'm still catching whiffs out it after being out in the heat most of the day. It's made by Mast Perfume and it comes in a navy blue Oud for Greatness type of bottle. It's called Peace For Him. Bought it on a whim and turned out to be really good!

I'll wait till the hype dies down before I look into it. The prices should drop once it becomes more commonly available. Between this and CDNIM EDP, I can get CDNIM EDP 200ml for cheaper than this one. This sounds more wearable niche. But not for the price per volume ratio. It's quality but not value, IMHO.
