its the air in mi that makes it special it cant perform well because if it was stronger it would ruin its air its delicate lightness my older 120ml bottle lasts well enough just doesn't smell strong because its just not meant to, i cant attest to the later batches

I have not tried Milestone. However, I did not enjoy Creed MI. I've heard it has been reformulated. I got a prominent aluminum note in Creed MI, which cheapened the composition for me. I always associate that aluminum note with deodorant or hairspray. Creed MI and Original Santal so far are my least favorite from the house. They both smell cheap to my nose. Now I'm curious to try the Armaf. Thanks for the review.

What puzzles me about this fragrance is that to me it actually really smells similar to armaf sillage but with this one being a bit fruity and powdery

Hi AC I got this today and the very first spray on my wrist smelt like curry. Then I put one on the chest and two under my ears and didn't get the curry smell as anyone else experienced this. Oh and happy new year AC.

Bought this one to stretch my MI. It seems like it's missing the signature fruity top notes of MI. The whole scent dna is very frustrating to me. It has no longevity or sillage past a half hour. Milestone does perform a bit better. I've tried layering iso e and ambroxin. Creed really needs to start using better fixatives because their scents outside of Viking are very volatile. Luckily my gf loves it so it being an intimate skin scent works in a way, but first and foremost I wear perfume for myself! Cheers AC

I disagree with your review. I found Milestone a awesome fragrance, great great smell (love the watermelon) and good performance. Now, all that for under $40. I think Milestone is an outstanding fragrance.

My batch took months to settle down. My guess is that this particular DNA needs aging. I was terribly disappointed, but every time I spray it, the complexities become more obvious.

I bought a bottle last Oct. The first couple of times I wore it was a bit chemical smelling in the opening as mentioned by AC. Then the magic happened when I wore it again Mar this year. Gone were the slightly chemical opening. Seems like this fragrance needs aging like good whiskies! 🤩

Macerate. Or you can call it leceration issue. When the bottle arrive in your home, you spray abd snif.. there is additional notes like a rubber/plastic and alcohol disgusting. All you have to do, just spray 5-10x, then oxygen will come into your bottle. And just let it rest for 1 month in a cool dark place. Dont touch it. After 1 month, Boom. You will get a magic.

I've noticed that there's two bottle versions of this, there's the one with a gold sprayer and embossed writing on the side and there's the same one that we both have, the black sprayer and no writing on the side. I really like this stuff but it does take an hour for it to really shine and the melon note become really juicy and I get great longevity on my dry skin.

Finally an honest review on Armaf Milestone . I bought it to replace my dear Creed and so expensive millésime impérial and according to so many reviewers it was a perfect clone but for me it is an aroma chemical mess, I will explain, for an hour it smell like a fish soup, I swear than the dry down is ok but not wow, it is unbalanced, so much unbalanced So why so many reviewers and very famous ones recommend it? I like your honesty and your perfect presentation and impeccable diction. I subscribed now

I m very sorry AC.. I don't agree with you.. it's absolutely gem.. smell excellent as its an airy fragrance so project around 1 hour and longevity around 4 to 5 hours. But MI does less then that.

The problem I have with Creed is they are inconsistent with their own offerings, aventus being the stand out one for me. They got it right in two maybe three batches and they haven't been able to replicate it since try as they might. I find with the clone houses they are doing better and better with getting closer to originals and for the money/performance it's almost worth getting them. Great as usual AC

I’m approx 8 months into my fragrance collecting journey and out of my 40+ scents Milestone is not one that I feel excited to reach for during the summer. I wear it when I’m myself in a casual-light mood. I want to test at the gym the saltiness of this scent I hope may work well in that setting.

Just received mine. (I have compared to Creeds Millesime) It’s not exactly the same but is close enough. It’s not as strong of a clone as CDNIM in my honest opinion - the genetic alchohol smell bleeds thru the frag at least my batch

Man....you have serious problems with that sharp, super trained nose! I finally got my hands on it a few days ago, and I find it very natural from the fresh spray and very close to Creed MI the only thing that puts me off, are the floral notes that takes it toward unisex territory which is not my thing

Very good video. I agree with your analysis ! I have it since a few weeks but I'm a bit disapointed by this fragrance probably because I had great expectations. The opening is not great and puts me off. In terms of performance I did not find it so great. In my collection I have Ferrari Essence Musc that I find quite similar and I that I prefer I guess...

Even if this is an older review, I still feel like I have to comment on it, as it is one of the few times that I disagree with AC and the topic is very close to my heart. Take it from someone who has spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars and almost 4 years trying to recapture the magic I once had with old Millesime Imperial through 3x actual Creed bottles (all 3 have been a complete joke) and countless clones (Dua, Alexandria, Parfums Vintage etc.) Milestone is by far and way the closest you will ever get to re-experiencing vintage Millesime Imperial with what's available on the market. Is it perfect? No. Nothing besides original vintage MI is, and sadly that does not exist anymore. It's not as complex, the drydown is a bit off, and it certainly does not smell as natural as the real stuff. But it is 90-95% accurate, ESPECIALLY in the opening, which is the best part of MI and the thing that blew my mind all those years ago. If you like MI, I'm going to save you a lot of time and money so you don't have to go through what I did. Buy Milestone without a second of hesitation.

The dua version is the worst clone of millesime imperial!!!! It smells like vinegar. Milestone is better made, but milestone smells only good if its warm enough, it has to be sunshine. I have a Vibtage bottle of MI from 2010, that old bottle smells extremely like Sean John Unforgivable. Sean John Unforgivable Night is the better copy version of MI. Millesime Imperial saltier version are more masculin.
