It also depends on the age of the server your on, im in a new server and ive 25HQ and Police Station and no Armament, its also a server progression trait that appears with the timeline

@rizkiaulia5023 squad attack influence skill damage, counter attack and basic attacks. Basic attack is the normal attack every seconds. Counter attack is the response from the enemy basic attack

You need HQ 24 to use armaments + certain amount of day of federation I think

Only the leader's armaments apply, not needed on the second hero

Yes on my farm account I have the same issue. It's probably unlock with the HQ level. Mine is 22, not sure about yours

You have to be HQ 24 before armaments are available to you.

I'm level 24 HQ and police station for about a week and still don't see the options to use armaments

Heyy I am level 24 hq, and when I try to hone my armaments, it doesn't show the option to Hone them for some reason. Legendary elite and other none of them show the option to be honed

It might be because your hero is not rank 6. I couldn't use an elite armament on a rank 5 hero

Nothing is easy 😆😆 commander equipment is arena and antepede to get carbon. Parts is only visa gems during bloody brandy and another type of roulette event but not for the hero.
