If you didn’t know, a plain clothed officer is not allowed to pull over a vehicle because section 163 of the road traffic act 1988 requires a constable in UNIFORM to be able to do it

I once got some clarification on this. Provided the officer is identifiable as a police officer (i.e. overt vest, cap etc) then that is acceptable. The wording is 'in uniform' if I remember right, rather than 'in FULL uniform'. I was told that even a police baseball cap would serve the purpose. That's what I've gone with for my fictional force in game, although in real life, I'm sure that it'd very much be a grey area to be debated in court 😅

PC specs are in my Discord under faq. Theres a lot of optimisation when I set up my mods. I usually get 50-60fps, which is pretty good for LSPDFR.
