This is a 2013 video, very well prepared. However, after many-many complaints sent to the British Museum by the Director of the Institute of History of the National Academy of Science of RA, Turkey has been changed to Asia Minor. Not quite what was hoped but better than the previous..

That is not true, there were many kingdoms throughout Armenia like Kingdom of Lori, Kingdom of Syunik, Principality of Cilician Armenia and many others. Turcomans were a nomadic people who invaded Armenia from their far away homelands of Altai, but they never formed a "Turcoman kingdom' and remained semi-nomadic. It was Seljuks who founded a sultanate of Iconium, Rum, but it was mainly not on Armenian soil. Besides during that time Kingdom of Cilician Armenia was important POLITICAL entity.

such a miserable method to manipulate historical realities. When we Turks conquered Anatolia there was any Armenian political formation. We seized Anatolia from Byzantines neither from Armenians nor Kurds. At the same time Eastern Anatolia were showing as "TURCOMANIA". The name of Armenia had only a traditional toponym not a political, ethnical mean.You were subjects of Turkish empires from Ottomans to Akkoyunlus; Seljukids to Safavids.

"Hayastan" name you can find on maps in Armenian language.

That's because the name "Armenia" was given to Hayasdan by other cultures, as was demonstrated in the video. Can you find Republic of Georgia on a map? Well, guess what - it's not called "Georgia," it's called "Sakartvelo." The Germans call their country "Deutschland" and Japanese call their country "Nippon." These aren't secrets by any means. I have to wonder if you asked these questions seriously or if you are just trolling. Sad either way...

“You people”? It’s pretty hard for “you people” not to show contempt as always. Well sir in case historic facts even factor into your world view - Ar is an archaic Armenian reference to Armenia. As any other ancient culture, it’s name evolved and changed. Ar and Urartu then Armenia. Ararat is also derived from the namesake. It later changed to Hayk for many reasons I won’t get into. Given that it’s such an ancient country, the ancient worlds reference to the country remained Armenia. Further more, in our language, we do on rare occasions refer to it as Armenia.
