no amount of work you do in a gym will come close to a intense war of a supermatch on the table. in the gym no matter how much u train you will not attack or strain your tendons like in a match. Even devon himself said that he was still hurting right hand from their previous match. Tim would have done better if he was fresh, The first match shows his power.. he is truly world class elite.

Actually in practice you start of slow and gradually pull with more intensity so that allows you to warm up all your tendons,ligaments, and muscles. In a real match its 100% of the go. The fact that he got injured after the 3rd round shows that he wasnt pulling at his best or there was something wrong. At that level injuries are hardly ever seen. If you are hurting yourself during practice then your doing something wrong. its not an excuse, i think he would still lost, but would have been closer

Wow.. It seemed like Tim had great backpressure but lacked pronation through his thumb. Since his hand got turned palm up by andre's wrist curl, Tim's toproll wasn't as effective and makes him appear as if he became a hook puller not a post toproller he is.

Bresnan said he got hurt in the 3rd round. It's clear in this video, he was done, after round 1. I think it's bs for him or anybody to say he wasn't ready bc of the Larrett match 3 weeks earlier. On the contrary, he should have been in perfect shape! He said he trains 3-4 hours a week, so 5-6 matches 3 weeks earlier shouldn't have been an issue.
