I'd choose Armin. Erwin threw the lives of so many soldiers away while Armin would think of what's best for everyone. Even tho Erwin had more experience and leadership he wouldn't of came off with a plan to get the collosal Titan.

Because you really believe there was another way? Erwin was a genius, he assessed every situation before taking a final decision. He didnt just send his people to die cause it was the easiest option!! At this battle he literally sacrificed himself while he absolutely did not want to die before seeing what was out of those walls. And I could say the same that Armin would not have been able to.come up with Erwin's plan to defeat the beast. They are both smart and talented, one could do what the other couldn't but Erwins combat and life experience and capacity to see far ahead could have been a greater asset. The death of his soldiers tormented him so much that levi decided he need to be freed. You vote for armin cause the narrative wants us to. But who knows maybe Erwin would have been a better choice to deal with the chaos unleashed on paradise right now
