I’m just amazed at the number of likes I got from a simple observation, but the truth of the matter is it doesn’t matter if you record a set or not, my true comment was just saying how powerful trance is! Armin reveals the reason for crying at Untold Romania 🇷🇴 Festival. It is really amazing. The trancemaster teared up again when talkshow host Eva Jinek finally asked him about the reason of his emotional outbreak, earlier this month at Romania’s Untold Festival. “I simply have the best possible job in the world! It was 8:30 in the morning and 62.000 people just kept on dancing to my set. It literally brings me to tears when I see what music does to people. There were three girls standing front row, waving their flags, and one of them burst into tears with almost every tune that I played. At one point I thought: please stop crying, because you are going to make me cry as well! And so it happened…” Thank you very much Mr van Buuren. Hope to see you again and again and…forever!

short story: rammsterdam is one of my favorite tracks of this genre that I love so much. I wouldn't have known trance if it wasn't for Armin. and last year he played here in buenos aires and he played this song near the end of the night. have in mind that 2017 was one of the worst years of my life for many reasons. when I started to hear it, I continually started to say to my friends "man... is this rammsterdam? no... or is it?" I knew it was, but I just couldn't believe it. The mixture of feelings I had in those minutes was something I can't put on words, but after the crappy year I had it was as if armin was giving me that song in particular for me. of course I cried. it was one of the best musical moments of my life. thank you armin, and thank you trance
Someday I hope to go to Argentina for some trance, you guys are on a whole other level and I wanna dance with you all 😄 love from Seattle

You're right. The build up starts at 1:51 and approaches crescendo at 2:47. Trance is more than a genre, it's a religion especially Uplifting and anthem trance. Jorn van Deynhoven, late Andy Blueman, Daniel Kandi are some of the pioneers of this. I would love to hear and see them play live. In Trance we Trust.

After the minute 1.00 the song the silence and the quietness of the melody is for people who have struggled in past experiences and the world and society itself took you to blame on yourself for those so called "mistakes". After 1.50 the song takes you to that moment when you forgive yourself. When you realized life was beautiful. When you understood that all you have is you and love yourself be yourself and be kind to others. That's why this song makes people like us cry and smile at the same time Life is here is now and with you ✌✌✌✌
